Payment before the 1st of the month stating 'piano lesson month' - 'name of student' to NL98ABNA0503697486 in the name of J.H.M. van der Ham.
Lessons cannot be made up unless the teacher is unable to attend.
A notice period of 1 month must be taken into account.
